There are not blue split turquoise birds since blue and turquoise are different alleles of the same gen. Either they are blue or turquoise (SF or DF). Probably you are meaning SF turquoise birds (heteroallelic blue-turquoise). For the male: is he split cinamon or cinamon? (it is not clear from your post).
Considering male blue turquoise cinamon and female also blue turquoise cinamon you will get for males and females:
a) 25% blue cinamon
b) 50% heteroallelic blue turquoise cinamon (visual turquoise cinamon)
c) 25% homoallelic turquoise cinamon (visual turquoise cinamon)
There would not be visual differences between b and c, but the progeny from them when paired to a blue would be different.
