can you handle you breeders??
new to ringnecks and breeding. was told you cant handle the breeders is this true? female was hand raised male i was told he is not friendtly at all though he does talk. can you make friends with them even though the are breeders??
Untame birds will remain untame, whether breeding or not.
Tame male birds can breed, but will turn aloof once they have chicks. Female pets sometimes also breed, but once they have babies, they will be hostile, can and will attack as they have no fear of humans. Most of the time, tame birds-turned breeders will revert back to being friendly pets once the babies are taken away from them. But some claim they would have lost part of their tameness.
