Here's some new pics....

Post by Lisa's Tiki »

I took a couple new pics last night. Enjoy!

Here's Tiki:
I attached a piece of plexi glass to the side of his cage to keep him from hopping over to the cut out in the wall that leads to my hall - little bugger kept chewing on the post and door frame - but he still manages to get up ontop of the plexi glass. It doesn't look to comfortable to perch on, but that's one of his favorite perches when he is out of his cage. At least he doesn't hop down from that!

The pink color still hasn't come in on his ring yet, but he is still molting some. Kinda of hard to tell from these pics, but I don't think this molt will ever end! And his poor ratty tail feathers!

And here's Riley:

He is a bit over a yr, I believe (1.5 yrs). I have so enjoyed watching him grow up!

He was a cute baby but he is going to be a stunner male.

Aww, Love that blue!

My 2 terrors like to chew on wooden frames aswell. Gilbert knows when hes doing bad things but Yoda doesnt quite get the idea yet. He will!

Greys look so noble! I want one BADLY.

Lisa:

I just looked at Tiki again really good. He is far more 'ringed out' than Baby.

Baby will be 2 in May (Mother's Day). When was Tiki 'born'? Baby seems behind... I thought they were about the same age.

Hi Mikaela

Tiki will be 2 on April 5th. His ring has come in pretty good, but he is still missing the pink color around the back of the neck. It all depends on the bird I guess. Just like kids - my daughter is 8 and has lost about 6 or 7 teeth and a friend of mine, her grandson is 7 and hasn't lost a one - nor are any of his teeth even a little loose! Baby's ring will finish coming in eventually.

Baby has a pretty good red spot on the back of his neck but the black just doesnt want to start!

He is little too, my baby... very thin. Worries me but he eats all the time, just is never still.

My baby is 6 and has lost 2 :D
