Hello,
I had bought an indian ringneck parrot. The Guy said me the parrot is about 3 - 4 moths old . But one of my friend told me he is about 1 year old. How can I get the actual age of my parrot. How to upload the image????

You have to be a member for 5 days and have at least 10 posts before posting an image. As for your bird, if the bird is actually 3-4 months then the eyes will be completely black, no white visible and they won't pin or dilate yet. If they are able to pin and dilate and there is white around the eye with a blueish iris, then the bird is not a baby. As for telling the actual age, it is not possible unless your bird is a male and starts to develop a ring. At that point you can assume the bird is at least 18 months old. If its a female, there is absolutely no way to tell. Sorry.
I am owned by my birds...and I wouldn't have it any other way
