Indigo Blue?

Morning Guys,

Please take a look on my link below, (or please pm me and I will email to you if you cannot access facebook),
I used to own what I thought was a Turquoise blue male, (my ex took him when we split up) I went to visit him yesterday, and took some pics, and Carmen ( i chat to her via blackberry as I am getting a baby from her this week) mentioned that he may be an indigo blue. I have loaded a few pics up, mostly taken with flash, but there are one or two without.

Out of curiousity, I would like to know if Carmen is right?
The bird is now just over 3 years old, and was bought from an unknown breeder, who said the parents were blue, but as we collected him at night, we could not see the parents properly as the breeder just lifted a corner of the cage cover to show us the bird, I did not see colouring of them at all. (it was my first bird, and I had no idea of what I was looking for at the time).

Hi, if I remember correctly one noticeble difference between turquoise blue and indigo blue is the colour of the neck ring

Turquoise blue has black, white and red in the neck ring
Indigo blue has only black and white on the neck ring, no red
