Is this boy or Girl?

Hi! I am new to this forum. I have a IRN almost 4 years old. Please let me know how to distinguish a girl or boy? I have also attached the photo of my Parrot.

Hello and welcome Jawed.

You have a mature boy there. Male ringnecks have the distinct black ring around the neck, like you boy has, where as the girls do not, or a very faint greenish ring.

He looks lovely to by the way.
