my bird are irritating

They just do not want to be hand fed by me eveen when i hold their favourite treats and they also do not perch onto my arm.Please help

how long have you had him and what does he do when you approach him?

I have had them for 6 months.
Whenever I approach them the female gets hysterical but the male stays cool.
However I must add that sometimes they also quarrel slightly among each other.Will this quarreling affect them when they will mate?????
