Thanx...
can anyone guess what is Ring's gender??

Previously, i have a pair of cockatiels, n i successfully breed them n have 7 babies from 3 cluches, but due to certain problem.(*their noisy level became more n more everyday especially in morning n evening, n because we stay at apartment, my parents didnt allow me to keep them) i have to give all d birds to my friend with sad.....im really miss u guys... :cry:

It's hard to tell from these pictures, at this stage you usually go by their behaviour. But judging by a few vague features and poses, I would guess it's a girl. But as I say, I can't be that accurate and the best thing to do if you want to know is a DNA test. :D

IndianRingneck's got to be the best parrots

Good luck to him with giving his bird
a DNA test, Not to long ago i received
a free DNA test for feather samples.
As i picked my bird up and tried to
pluck a few feathers out, S/He
screamed like i never heard before.

I then put my bird down, So now i got to
wait for a ring. :shock:

for the feather test of DNA sexing i would wait until the bird is moulting so you dont have to hear bloody murder.. or just wait til the bird just picks out one of its own feathers :)

I thought of that, But the test said.. :(
The test said the feathers need to be
plucked from the bird right there.
Meaning, No molted feathers nor
plucked feathers from the birds own
will. :x
