HELP i dunno if my roxys molting or pulling out her feathers

hi
i have a young indain ringneck, i have guessed that shes a girl and shes roughly 7-8months old, and recently i have noticed that shes been loosing feathers all around her head chest and back, leaving her looking scaly i need help, i have treated her for mites and lice, and attempted to spray her with stop pick spray, but she is terrified of the bottle for some reason.... i managed to spray her the other day cos i had my mother help me hold her so i need help :?:

Have you got any photos that you could show us? How large is her cage? Does she have enough toys to play with? Is she in contact with any native/wild birds in your area?

Have you spoken to your vet?

Sorry for so many questions but if you could answer them maybe one of the members on here could give you suggestions, as we have little to work with other than that she's loosing her feathers somehow.

Id be careful of using so many sprays around and on your bird. They spray doesn't just go on your bird, it goes in to the air surrounding the bird aswell, and i personally dont think its healthy for them to be inhaling it.

Pictures will help us to determine wether it is a molt or wether its plucking, and the information Choco has requested will help us to determine wether its stress or illness related if its not a moult

Thanks for your replies i got her checked out and shes just molting! which is a relief, her cage is quiet large and she has many toys majority of the ones she loves playing with are handmade ones out paper etc...
i need to upload pics of her been a bit hard lol
