First time breeders

Have a latino Ringneck whohas laied and now sitting on eggs and would like to handraise them.
When is the best time to take the chicks out as where first time breeders .

People seem to have the best results pulling the chicks between 3 and 4 weeks after they hatch.

You mentioned that the hen is lutino. What does the father look like?

This is the only pic i can find at the moment, it's not the best but all i have. The latino is my princess Stephanie and the green is Duke.
