What is the differance in an Indian Ringneck and an African Ringneck?

From what I have read it is easier to tell the difference between the Indian & African Ringneck when they are side by side. The Indian ringie is larger than the African. And something about the colouring of the birds eyes.

Africans have a smaller darker 'plum/red' colour beak. This site tells you the comparisons between the species..
