Is there anything I can do to inprove Peanuts speach? He will be one feb. 15th and he says things, but I cannot understand him. Its like muffeled speech. I speak to him in a nice higher octive voice all the time and keep repeating words. I also take him out all the time when I am home and leave the radio or TV on when I am not. Any tricks to help him, or will he just get better as time goes on?
I have the same problems with Gilbert. He talks but he screams everything! He also jumbles up words and it sounds like jibberish. Only words he can say without screaming them in 'Yeh yeh yeeeeah!'
Ive always tried teaching him words. But he will only pick up on other words I say when Im not talking to him!
Im surprised he hasnt screamed out some bad words!
Gilbert is now 6 years and 4 months, he learns some new words but can't say them properly. I dont think he ever will. He's got it all wrong.
I'm sorry I'm not much help here. I'm trying to teach Yoda to talk and Gilbert to say things with a lil less screaming involved.

I've heard IRNs with lots of different clarity levels in thier talking.
Busey says somethings REALLY clear, but other things sound kinda jumbled.
Some IRNs will only be able to be understood by their owners.
I think just keep on talking to him and he'll get better at it.
When Busey learned to say "thank you" it was more like "thaaaaaa coooo" at first, but now he says it really clearly.
Also, he's never learned anything from the radio or television, so I think those don't really train them - just keep them entertained.
