Ok NOW I am confused

Hi all, I have a question about Baby girl. Baby or Mrs. B we now call her, is a rescue. We have no idead of her age...We say she is a she, because she will tip her head back and coo, coo, coo at her daddy flirting...BUT she is starting to get to get a light charcole ring from under her beak to just about up to her ear holes, then it is a light shade of green around the top...Question is she male or female...I could have her DNA, but you all have said this isn't 100% either....She is Large, green, with blue/green tail feathers...Wings have charcoal gray primaries with major stress barring right now...they are molting out, but haven't seen the color of the new prmaries yet...Red beak with black underneath...When she tilts the headback and coos, its like she is in a trance.....Still can't touch her, but she does give kisses.

We would need pics to 'guess'

Females have lime rings and keep them. Behaviorily, of course she act female but they have fooled us before.
