Hi everyone,
I'm coming up with quite a serious problem this time. my irn is behaving so weirdly, i dunno from where did she get this habbit of eating onions
.... whenever we're somewhere else she silently goes straight to the kitchen and starts eating onions from the bucket. It's easily reachable for her as she's expert in climbing. I have no idea what to do??? it also seems to me that she's having her stomach out of order. Another thing that's worth worrying is she doesn't fly at all, even if we keep her out of the cage, in an open room. Is there something wrong with her wings? And she doesn't play as well

On the not flying bit. Mack my tiel never fly’s in the house he always climbs hop’s what ever. I took him with me to the pet store one days and a big 2 squawked scaring him. I thought his wings were clipped enough and since he never fly’s what was there to worry about he took off and flew around the store for about 10 minutes before landing on the ground. So maybe your bird just doesn’t see a need to fly in the house, doesn’t mean it cant.
Thanks once again for all your replies. Yes i've immediately acted upon these advices and i've put onions to a hidden place and now she cannot go there. But im observing that she still looks for them
I'd try to keep her in restricted and safe areas
Mika i usually feed her fruits and veggies including pear, peaches, apples, bananas and carrots, cucumbers etc.
