Thanx.. and if they ever breed what colors will I get ?sheyd wrote:TurquoiseBlue & GreyGreen Cinnamon
Re: What mutation is this ?
I edited my post after I read that you said the bird was a Lutino- Do you have anymore pics of it?
as to what they'll breed, it depends on what colour the second bird actually is and which one is the hen

Re: What mutation is this ?
Sorry for the bad lighting tomorrow ill post better pics..
Yellow one is the boy.. and his wings are clipped but they are white/light grey
Re: What mutation is this ?
cock looks like he could be a Green or GreyGreen Pallidino in these- will wait for you to upload more tomorrow. if you can, take in natural sunlight and get level (with the bird) so there's no light distortion between head and body.
do you know what the parents of the cock were?

Re: What mutation is this ?
The original photos had a shadow cast over him that made him look PallidIno. Now he looks normal lutino. What do you think Shey?

Re: What mutation is this ?
Lol we both commented at the same time! But yes, I agree (:
Re: What mutation is this ?
If I take one out and take him to an other room they miss each other and when in cage they dont sit too close and fight (open mouths and go back and forth for a few seconds until one gives up).. otherwise they are ok with each other (dont seem to wana kill each other) how can I make em bond better
Re: What mutation is this ?
I dont know about Lutino? Those flights look more brown washed than the white they should be? Perhaps if we could get a pic showing the open wing it would be better?

Re: What mutation is this ?
His wings are a little darker then the head.. they have grey in em.. I always thought they were just dirty lol...
Re: What mutation is this ?
that makes sense to me- I would say a GreenGreen Inomolossus wrote:Its a lutino-greygreen.
so, I am thinking that Ino removes the melanin from the head, similar for what it does to Pallid, CT ect otherwise we'd be seeing uniform colour under the different lighting conditions (as above).
Arhamz- do you happen to know the parents of the Lutino, any chance of a wing spread shot?
though one thing has me wondering- I have seen a pic of a Creamino- in her pics her wings appeared 'dirty' or 'pale grey' coloured- but the thing was according to her owner- they were 'white' when veiwing in person and seeing with your eye. She was confirmed by breeding to be a TurquoiseGrey Ino.

Arhamz...are you able to handle the bird? Could you take a pic of the bird with his wing open?

Re: What mutation is this ?
Ill try to take a shot when he is stretching.. his wings are badly clipped by the previous owner.. he was extremely shy before now he comes on my hand and sits.. I dont wana try to handle him..
Having greyish color on wings would make it a non lutino?
P.S. Sorry for being a nub I have no idea what is ino and all the slangs.. I have been reading alot of other posts to learn whatever I can on my own
