I'm not sure what to do, breeding season is normally late fall. I expanded my aviary this summer and put my pairs together. Three of them are new pairings for this year and just noticed that two of the males are performing for thier females. Question; should I let them breed and set them up again in the winter? or let them breed and not set them up again in the fwinter?
Breeding season isn't until december, I just need to know if it would it would screw up their internal clocks, so to speak, if I let them breed now
what to do

Hi pizzaguru
I think you should let them be . I dont think they will breed but If they want to breed let them .
I have had pairs mating in summer and nothing came of it .

Wow, would you look at that, I'm sure glad I decided to let them go, checked the box and one egg to be found. that's is the blue chct and the cobalt/chct, excited about that pair. Then I noticed one of my other pairs has been digging in her box, quite interesting
