i have a doubt!!!

Post by jimmy101 »

hey all,

i have a set of question...
  • can i keep a tamed IRN and a wild IRN together in one cage??
  • can i keep 2 tamed male IRN's together in one cage??
  • can i keep an old IRN and a young IRN together in one cage??
  • and finally, should i buy a wild IRN??

I am only new to ringnecks but I personally wouldn't house them together, at least not as first. It would be best to separate them at least for a quarenteen period.

Beyond that it would depend a lot on the individual personalities of the birds.

The wild one may learn from watching the tame one. How old is the wild one ? But the opposite may happen as well.

I have read that 2 males are more likely to get along than 2 females.
