pairing problem

hye all members..
i have 2 new pairs that i put them in 2 separate cage for breeding 3 month ago.
the problem was they not bond yet..1st pair if they close each other the male try to bite female.
2nd pair female was.
i need help from experience breeder, what should i do now?

i think to give them more time. im from malaysia, dont know exactly the breeding season here. anyone?
im just heard from my friend that imported bird sold at pet shop are usually neutered. if we buy it from there for breeding purpose the result was disappointing. is it true or not?

threre is bird clubs here..but when i ask them they said IRN can breed in whole year..
some breeders say they can get 3 to 4 clutch each year. is it true?

o..thank a lot molossus..one more thing i want to know about behaviour of the pair. when they kissing is it only male feed the female or both of them can?
