Skye and hair

Hey guys quick question:

My 10 week old turquoise-blue IRN has a habit of climbing up onto my head and trying to nest. What I want to know was WHY? None of the others try this but Skye also does this to my partners hair but not my mums. Is it because we have thicker hair? Will Skye grow out of it?

Please help as Skye is making it a habit and I am not sure how to get her/him out of it due to the fact that I think she/he has been doing it since it was being hand fed.
