ringneck life span

I am new to ringnecks and have just acquired 1, the age is unsure although we know he is over 11 years, how long do ringnecks normally live?

Thank you I figured it was probably around there, but I like to be sure.
Do you know much about ringnecks?
we have had Rico home for 2 days and he is showing some signs of stress, secretions around his nostrils and beak any suggestions?

I know quiet a bit but not everything!

I would take him to a vet as soon as possible
