my other pair,green male and grey female have laid their first egg,i think it was today as it wasnt there yesterday when i checked
what would the colour out come be for the chicks,not sure if the green male is split or not.

Congrats on your egg.

Providing there are no splits, the chick colour outcome should be grey(sf) green /blue & green /blue in both sexes.

yay we have egg number two for this pair, all up between both pairs we have five so far,its going to be a busy month

im waiting till the house is less crowed to check for eggs (teenagers brought home extras )

ive got 4 eggs for this pair,its going to be a busy couple of weeks soon if all goes well with my 2 pairs,7 eggs all up.
if my calculations are correct they should start hatching from next weekend.
also is it safe to worm and mite spray my birds while they are nesting or should i wait.
