Archie hates my hand

my IRN absolutly hates my hand! i can only pick him up if i have something covering my hand and he's fine when i stroke hyim on the back he clucks and whistles but as soon as he sees my hand he'l spin round and attack me. how can i stop this?

alot of irn are quite tame but do not like hands
i have 2 such birds i can kiss them & the will sit happily on me but no hands please
onre thing you can do to retrain him into thinking hands are good is with food
choose one food that he love & only feed it to him from your hands
i use popcorn for all training things with my birds its good for them (air poppped no butter or salt )
and it doesnt take any thing away from the everyday diet
another thing is how do you hold your hands?
fingers ive been told can remind birds of snakes so if you have been offering an open hand
tey using a closed fist in stead
