yesterday silvie took his first flight ......a whole eight inches back into the cage!!!
today white girl flew across the length of the cage to get to the new food before theother 2!!!
wont be long till im chasing them all over the house

they are 7 weeks & 1 day

They grow up so fast don't they?

Mine is that old as well!
She flies away from me all the time when im trying to feed her!

these guys yell at me as if to say we are not babies we feed ourselves now!!!!!

Wow, that is so great bec! I really love the ringnecks at this stage. They look like stuffed animals with those big black beady eyes! They also kind of remind me of conures because their tails are so short at this stage. Nice job! Thanks so much for letting us know!

my cameras back but the batteries are flat but silvie took a big fly yesterday went from larissas hand flew across the lounroom into the hall way & then the dining room!
when she landed lariisa picked her up & s=he flew the other way through the lounge into the kitchen & into the dining rooom then flew back in and landed on the lace curtain where she stared and yellled at the passing traffic not to enter her territory!!!!!
white girl is would be going better if she remembered to let go of the perch!!!! she looks down at her feet while shes do in the flap thing then her legs seem to be trying to pull up (maybe sh just wants to take the cage with her)
blue bub does the flappinf and not much else

blue bub is flying now almost as well as silvie still a couple of problems on landing but getting there
white girl watched the others fly then looked at me as if to say
"yeah wow (sarcatic toned look) a bird flew now stop taking pictures of those to & PAT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
