I've been working with my ring neck for a few months now. I can't really hold it but he is learning tricks. Anyway, I used to open the cage for him and he never wanted to come out, I then treined him to pull strings and I placed a string on the cage's door, so now when he pulls the door opens. Well the point is that now he spends hours outside of his cage. Before that I used to clip his wings very little, and now that he spends so much time outside I noticed that hes feathers are growing like 3 or 4 times faster, I guess now that he feels more freedom nature kicks in an feathers grow way faster. Just something I wanted to coment about... you know the wife doesn't really care about these topics... hahaha.
Thanks,
Luis
