Male or female..

Hi guys, My name is aneeb and i am new to this forum. I have adopted a 4 months old indian ringneck bcoz i couldn't see what that guy was doing to the bird. He plucked the first 5 may be 6 wings on both sides and trimmed the remaining ... Finally they are growing back. Can anyone tell the gender by looking at the pics pls. Thanks
