hey i'm new to here and to caring for my IRN any help?

hi
i bort my indian rednick about 2 weeks ago and he's 11 weeks old. Although he is getting used to me he is still very scared and sometimes even shakes is this because he is scared of me? also he never really makes a noise but every now and again squarks as if to get my attention and also squarks when i leave the room. does any one no what this means. Also he acts as if he is going to bite me but doesn't actually bite just puts his beak around my finger, is this him being nasty? can any one help xx
