My ringneck is bluffing too!

I have a beautiful young grey Indian Ringneck named Max. I think my Maxie is actually a girl but I'm not sure yet. Max has recently started the "bluffing" stage. Until I read the article on this site, I thought my sweet parrot was morphing into a  devil-bird! Now I know I can get through this stage and I feel confident that I'll get my sweet angel bird back. Max is very chatty and very smart -- she knows where I keep the bagels and has actually tried to help herself. She is very fond of mashed potatoes and bagels with cream cheese. She has no problem just flying to a family members dinner plate and helping herself to whatever is there. I actually caught her trying to get out the dog door - which scared the bejesus out of me!! I had her on my shoulder listening to the mp3 files of ringnecks on this site. She made me laugh as she hopped onto my desk and started looking around my speakers and behind my monitor trying to find the other ringnecks. Max will waggle her tail whenever I bring her a new toy or while watching me make her a new one. She loves to chew and has detroyed the buttons on more than one remote control. I have 6 other birds as well - 1 sweet "denmother" female lutino Cockatiel (Sidney), 1 very chatty and very silly male pearly pied Cockatiel (Sam), 1 crazy but adorable Sun Conure (Moe), 1 very comical and very bossy Yellow-Sided Conure (Hover), and 2 very sweet, snuggly and chatty sibling African Senegals (Niji and McGee). Parrots rock!! I am now setting up a "bird room" in my house so that all my Parrots will be together in one space with (thank god) laminate flooring and NO carpeting.
