ringneck baby 1month old, not making normal sound while handfeeding

hi everyone,
i have been handfeeding ringneck baby since 1weeks and observed that it is making very low noise for asking food. usually conure and parrots make typical sound with neck bobbling for food.
is it normal , has anyone seen this kind of behavior?
