the stalker

my 1 year old blue male is being a wacko lately. he has become super jealos of my other birds, if i speak to them he runs right over, stands between us and postures. He has taken to coming over to me, and just staring at me for what seems like forever. the little monster is bugging me out. I know he is bluffing right now, but yeeps. My 17 year old niece calls him her stalker, he gets right up on her shoulder, leans in and just stares. what the heck is this all about?
I have no idea what its all about though
