how long will my irn live and breed

my pair is 5 and 7 yo. how long will they live ?????and how long will they breed for??????. so i know when to start looking for a replacement pair.

Their lifespan can be between 25 and 30 years if you have them on a well ballanced diet.

I have heard them breeding well up until 17-18 years, not known a person with birds older than that which are breeding, but I do know they will try to keep producing well into their last years, even if unsuccessful. So you can put fertile eggs under them and they will continue to rear them.

Ringnecks that age you would soon find out their parenting ability one way or the other. Most ringnecks are incredible parents however.
