Congrats on your new birds
Some breeders keep all the males in one aviary and females in another and only pair them up before breeding season, others, like me, keep the pairs together all year round.
So I guess it doesn't really matter when you introduce the girls to the boys.
I bought a hen last year who didn't worry about formalities of "getting to know you", she was ready for a relationship, NOW!! lol
