Misting Baby IRN

Howdy! I was wondering if I should lightly mist (LIGHTLY) my 4 week old baby ringneck. He's housed in a large shoe box with a towel and a constant supply of heat from a wheat bag (which is placed underneath one corner of the towel inside the box). Should i spray him with some water to moisten his feathers coming through, and his feet, etc.??
