wild birds have been hanging around the bird cage so i bought some lice and mites spray for the bird. however he absolutely hates it and he wont let me go near with him the bottles. would be appreciated if you could give me suggestions on how to put it in him with out making him pissed off because he bit me last time i tried

I mix it in the spray bottle and very quickly spray them with it , they get a bit cranky but it has to be done so I try not to worry about it. Are you able to get a friend or someone who is not so close to him to do it.
