My ringneck is 9 months old, I have had him for 5 months.
While I am constantly repeating key phrases, he is only "chatting" in ringneck and is not attempting to even say "HELLO".
Any advise any one can offer?
Otherwise, he is doing great as far as handling and that sort of thing.
