hen on eggs

i am reasonably new to breeding and I am wondering how long before the eggs will start to hatch. my hen has been on her 5 eggs for nearly 30 days
Hi I am a surprising new Ringneck owner. On Friday last week, my daughter summoned us to the back terrace, where a lovely green bird was perched on our grill. As soon as my husband and I stepped outside, the bird flew to the back of the nearest deck chair. My spouse joked with our kid that it may eat out of her hand. He went inside, got some bread, and walked out. Our tiny guest flew right onto his shoulder as soon as he stepped out the back door!!
