Albino personalities?

Hi everyone.
New here! Hello from San Diego!
Anyway, I've been breeding IRN's on
and off for the last five years or so. Been breeding and hand
raising other birds for the last 20 years.
I have had two albino babies - one of them I handfed from day 1
(incubator hatched) and the other one I've handfed from about a week
old.
The first one went wild after weaning, but I didn't think much of it
as I put it in my aviary as a future breeder - this first one is
about a year old now. The second albino I'm still handfeeding and
it's down to two feedings a day. This second one is acting like it's
never been around humans and was never handfed. I can still handfeed
it, so long as I don't touch it.
Does anyone know what in the world is going on????
I've handfed a lot of IRNs in the past. None of them have gone crazy
and wild like these albinos.
Thanks.
Roz.
