New Here, Looking for colour ID :)

Hello 
My name Is Amy and Im looking to purchase my first Ringneck,
We Currently have two Cockatiels one male pearl pied called Samson and one female whiteface pearl pied called Lola.
I live in Western Australia and have been looking at a few different birds but fell in love with this one. I was wondering if someone could ID the colour, I though it was a CHCT Blue but am not really that familiar with Indian Ringneck mutations.
