Worry for my 4 months old ringneck

Hello my name is dimitris i am from grecce i recently bought a 3 months old ringneck . After a month and he is still very scared off me every time i move close too him he panics a lot. Today i bought him some toys and from that time he is not moving he is standing in one place and not feeding i am very worry about his behaviour . Please help
