Baby IRN growth guide

Just joined the forum and just bought my IRN by the it's my first time his name is zizwe too only 3 weeks old and I have 2 days with him,because he is young I don't have enough Infor about his growth for example when are the feathers going to grow?because he is clean now that's why I post this topic requesting whoever sees it can help with guidance on how to take care and what to expect so please help guys.
