HELP!! Rios wings making a funny sound

Hello my name is Carrie Anne and I am mum to Rio my baby Indian Ringneck that my daughter got for her Xmas...funny how she changed being the mum to me within a few months lol...however she still loves him/her and helps me with him and so does her brother.....my question to you guys is I am assuming my Rio is around 9 months old but just wondering that when he flys his wings are making a different noise then the normal...it sounds like it's a whistle /sort of helicopter noise. ..it's only happened in past week...he's munching a carrot as I speak...can u help me please...just want to make sure this is ok xxx
