Ringneck has a bald spot, Need opinion Please

Hi,It may seem sudden but I needed some second opinion as to whether or not should I go see a vet. My White indian ring neck named wally recently had started losing feathers a lot and not a day later I noticed a bald spot around his head area. I don't know If it's molting or something but I don't really know if it's molting or a disease or something.Please I need some help regarding this.
