hello everyone
i bought a baby ringneck from friend. we think that he/she an albino but we are confuse because both parents are lutino and they hatched 3 chicks 2 lutino same as parents and one albino. i'm attaching his pictures. he is completely white with red eyes and in light his tail and back feathers shadding blue.
kindly tell me he is albino or not? or can anyone tell me his gender? sorry for bad english

Yes you have an albino. How? Because both parents are also split for blue.

Also the light blue colour you see is normal for for albinos under certain lighting conditions.

Do albino birds have any health issues, like deafness?, and do they have to be kept out of direct sunlight?, just curious.
