does shoulder is a problem to let koke site on?

i get my new koke from month ago he is good boy i think it will be boy as a shaodow of the ring appear he is 9months old ...he love site on shoulder very much than eating than playing and aslo he be quiet on the shoulder not pite not do any thing wrong even i try to get him down he convert to be a semi wild and bite my finger when i try to get him down from my shoulder >>>but on the floor he is quiet too and eat from my hand well but dont like to touch him with out any cause and dont like put my hand on his head he bite it fastly i respect this and dont touch him but when i give him to eat by hand he is very good and not bite >>>>soo what i can do with koke leave him site on shoulder or prevent him from this ? another question i know birds not like cat or dogs to tuch her head and play with feather is it a wild behaviour koke done or its normal that he dont like to play in his head?

it takes time for a new bird to trust someone, im not sure bout others but i wouldnt let him on my shoulder until he can trust you more, maybe sitting with him on your leg and showing him your not going to hurt him, have a treat to give him every time he lets you pat him until he understands your a friend. or doing small step ups with him and giving treats.

Sorry im not alot of help but thats how we dealt with a friends bird, remembering hands can be a threat to birds and might want you to tak eit slow.
