I would put some veggies ect in the cage for the baby and still continue to offer hand feeds until they decide they don't want to be hand fed. Corn on the cob is great as a start and I also put some frozen mixed veggies in for them too. I was having trouble getting mine interested in drinking/trying water so I put an ice cube in occasionally for them to play with until they got used to the water.

An IRN is normally weaned and eating totally on it's own at about 14 weeks.

also one of my babies doesn,t like my kids I can do anything with it iam wondering could it be a female being so fiesty.

I don't think being male or female has anything to do with not likeing your kids. Kids tend to make quick movements and loud noises, maybe that's why the baby is behaving this way.
