How can i solve my problem?

Hello people, One of my pairs put 4 eggs 2 times but all the times the chicks died inside the eggs.
I don't think it could be a food problem, cause i gave them all I can as pallets, fruits, vegetables and seeds.
So someone have any idea of what is happening? If it help, I live in Brazil, is very hot the most part of the year and the temperature is between 30ºC and 38ºC.
