Any other cork junkies?

Post by CatsChair »

Magellan absolutely adores champagne corks! At the moment she has about a half dozen new toys (Santa was very good to her), but she is carrying her cork up and down the cage. She climbs a bit, stops to have a few bites, climbs some more, drops it, goes down and starts again. If I didn't know the ethanol was all evaporated long before I gave it to her, I might be worried. If you have never tried it, save the cork from your New Year's bubbly (be it champagne or apple cider) and let me know how your fid likes it!

Uh did he see the bottle

You know if he saw the bottle it came out of I wouldn't let a full one
near him. He'd probably try to get it out

Don't you love to watch them when they are so intent on something. Absolutely nothing will deter them or move their attention.

Fortunately we have not made the link between the bottle rack and the foil covered tops and the c-o-r-k. You are right....that would be a sight to see (and another interesting culinary issue to explain to my guests). ROFL
