From what I have read up on you can't tell which is male or female by just looking at them UNTIL they are mature and have gotten their ring. The male gets the black ring around the neck the female does not. Usually almost 2 years old before the male gets his ring. So depending on how old these birds are in this picture no you can not tell just by looking. They would have to be DNA at this age. This is what I have read about and watched videos about. So I would ask how old the birds are in the pictures and if they have been DNA tested. Hope this helps.
