IRNs for adoption/sale?

Six months ago, a sick IRN landed on our window sill. We tried to look for its owner, but no one claimed him. My boyfriend and I co-adopted him with another couple and named him Francis.
Within a few days, we discovered that he had a prolapsed cloaca that our vet couldn't cure. He died last Sunday after a minor purse stitch that helped keep his cloaca intact. This was the fifth time he's undergone the procedure. For some reason, he didn't survive this one. He woke up briefly from the anesthesia then just stopped breathing.
Francis was the first bird we've ever had. We miss him so much. He was such a great pet. He was very smart and affectionate.
We are now on the lookout for a male IRN, green preferably. We would love to adopt one or buy one at a reasonable price. Would someone please point us in the right direction. We are based in Brooklyn, NY and prefer breeders close by.
Thanks!
