hi!! i have a 9 week old yellow ringneck

Hi everyone. Im new here and have kiki my 9 week old irn.
Hes still on hand feeds and looking to introduce pellets and fruit and veges in the next couple of days.
Few questions i have is that can i put him in a cage yet??
Also do i let him walk around the house??
He always wants to be held and giving me kisses. He doesn't like being alone. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
