Raising chicks from 10days old, help

i been raising this indian ringneck since it was 10days old, use to eat heaps at feedings and i was feeding it every 4 hours untill it was 35 days old, an now i changed formula it doesnt really eat it, so i changed back to the formula that i was useing an still doesnt really eat it, i have him in a with cockatiels at the moment , there all the same age (35 days old ) is my ringneck just not eating to lose weight so he can fly is this normal ? can someone help please , i only feed it 4 times a day now, and stil it only eats maybe 2-3 cc at each feeding,...
